If you cancel your room you are required to give written notice directly to the Accommodation Office 7 days prior to the start of your Tenancy Agreement. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your £350 deposit would be retained by the University and not returned to you. If you want to cancel your campus room application you will need to submit an online cancellation form as soon as possible. If you have cancelled your application and now require accommodation please contact the Accommodation Office by email. |
