When submitting this application you will be asked to pay a £250 deposit. Applications can only be processed once the deposit of £250 has been received by the University.

There is no charge for cancelling your application and your deposit of £250 would be returned to you (subject to any outstanding money) provided 7 days notice is given in writing before the start of your Tenancy Agreement.

If your application is unsuccessful your £250 deposit will be returned.
