Exchange 2012/13 - Deposit

You are not required to make a deposit payment when submitting this application form. The deposit payment is required once you have received your Tenancy Agreement. Students already holding an Unconditional Offer with the University should expect to receive their Tenancy Agreement from the Accommodation Office in June/July, students waiting on results (eg A level results) should expect to hear from the Accommodation Office mid to late August and students holding insurance offers with the University should expect to hear from the Accommodation Office at the end August/September.

To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Tenancy Agreement online and pay a £350 deposit. To ensure that we contact all the students quickly you will be asked to pay and accept within a 2/3 day window so if you are away over the summer and have no access to email please ensure you leave someone responsible to check your email account for you.

Exchange students joining the University during term time will be offered accommodation subject to availability.

All students can pay online for their accommodation deposit and accommodation fees.
