Exchange 2012/13 - Cancellation process

Your deposit of £350 would be returned to you provided 7 days notice is given in writing before the start of your Tenancy Agreement. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your £350 deposit would be retained by the Univeristy and not returned to you.

If you want to cancel your campus room application you will need to submit an online cancellation form as soon as possible.

If you have cancelled your application and now require accommodation please contact the Accommodation Office by email.
