The Accommodation Office will be in contact with you once you have provided your confirmed arrival date and confirmed that you have a Visa.

SEPTEMBER INTAKE STUDENTS: To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept a Tenancy Agreement online and pay a £350.00 deposit. To ensure that we contact all the students quickly you will be asked to pay the £350 deposit (£400 from Summer 2013) and accept your Tenancy Agreement within a 2/3 day window. Please ensure that you check both your inbox and junk mail folder regularly during the allocation period from June to September. If you are away over the summer and have no access to email please ensure you leave someone responsible to check your email account for you.

JANUARY, MARCH, MAY AND JULY INTAKE STUDENTS: Students starting in January, March and May will be offered campus rooms subject to availability. If a room becomes available for you the Accommodation Office will be in contact with you on the telephone numbers you have provided on your application. You would be asked to pay a £350 deposit (£400 from Summer 2013) and a proportion of the rent depending on what time of year you are offered a room. Students joining in July will be asked to pay a £350 deposit (£400 from Summer 2013) to secure a room for their maincourse of study and rent for the full period of the summer in advance.

If you are under 18 when joining the University you will be asked to provide details of your guarantor. A letter/email will be sent to your nominated guarantor to complete. They will also be required to accept your Tenancy Agreement on your behalf. For full details please read Under 18's Policy for Resident Students.

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE to allocate your preferred accommodation as it is subject to demand. However, you will be offered an alternative. Deadline for applications is 16 August 2012 (SEPTEMBER INTAKE ONLY). Full details of your accommodation will be sent to you with your Tenancy Agreement in August/September.
