PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE DURING TERM TIME
The Accommodation Office will be in contact with you once you have provided your confirmed arrival date and confirmation that you have a Visa.
Students arriving during term time will be offered campus rooms subject to availability. If a room becomes available for you the Accommodation Office will be in contact with you on the telephone number/ e-mail you have provided on your application. You would be asked to pay a £350 deposit and a proportion of the rent depending on what time of year you are offered a room.

PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE DURING THE SUMMER VACATION
Provided you pay your deposit (£400 (from Summer 2013) accommodation deposit and your course deposit) and return your Pre-sessional Application Form to the International Pathway and Language Centre, you should expect to receive an email from the Accommodation Office 1 week before your arrival which will provide you with the following information:

• Confirmation of your room and which Hall you have been allocated
• A copy of your Tenancy Agreement/room contract and Residences Regulations for you to print, sign and return to the Accommodation Office
• Details of how and where to collect your keys for your room
• Map of the campus
