You will have 7 days from the payment date of your booking fee to cancel your application and receive a full refund of your booking fee (provided that your Tenancy Agreement does not begin within this 7 day period).
After the 7 day cancellation period the following single accommodation charges apply:
- By 3 August 2012: £50
- By 31 August 2012: £100
- From 1 September 2012 the booking fee will be retained by the University to cover aditional administration expenses incurred in finding a replacement and processing their documentation.
All cancellations must be put in sumbitted online using the cancellation form.
