Studio 2012/13 - Booking fee

Applications are processed once the booking fee of £400 has been received by the University.

Once your Tenancy Agreement has started, your booking fee will automatically be converted into your accommodation deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your last instalment of rent by the Finance Office. Please contact us if you are unsure of any of the terms and conditions.

If your application is unsuccessful your £400 booking fee will be returned automatically.
