You will have 7 days from the payment date of your booking fee to cancel your application and receive a full refund of your booking fee. If you apply for and withdraw your application after the first 7 days, an administration fee of £50 will be retained by the University.
If you accept your accommodation offer or receive a provisional offer and then cancel the following cancellation fees will be retained:
- Cancellations by 31 July 2012 – £50
- From 01 August 2012 the booking fee will be retained in full
All cancellations must be submitted using the online cancellation form. |
