Waiting List Single Room 2012/13 - Cancellation process

Once you have made payment if you then decide to cancel or do not arrive to collect your keys within 7 days from the start of your Tenancy Agreement your deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by the University. If you cancel after 7 days from the start of your Tenancy Agreement further charges will be made. For full details please refer to the Residence Regulations.

Please be advised written notice is required for all cancellations.Cancellations must be subitted using the online cancellation form as soon as possible.
