Freshers 2013/14 - Cancellation process

Your deposit of £400 will be returned to you provided 7 days notice is given in writing before the start of your Licence Agreement. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your £400 deposit will be retained in full by the University.

If you wish to cancel your campus room application you are required to submit an online cancellation form as soon as possible.

If you have cancelled your application and now require accommodation please contact the Accommodation Office by email.
