New LBIC students 2014/15 - Cancellation process

If you cancel your room you are required to give written notice directly to Accommodation Services 7 days prior to the start of your Licence Agreement (this applies to September intake students only). If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your £350 deposit would be retained by the Univeristy and not returned to you.

If you wish to cancel your campus room application you are required to submit an online cancellation form as soon as possible.
