Pre-sessional students 2014/15 - Cancellation process

If you cancel your Pre-sessional room you are required to give written notice directly to Accommodation Services 7 days prior to the start of your Licence Agreement. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice your £350 deposit would be retained by the Univeristy and not returned to you.

To cancel your application/allocation you are required to submit the online cancellation form. Further details regarding this will be sent in your confirmation e-mail.
