You will have 7 days from the payment date of your booking fee to cancel your application and receive a full refund of your booking fee (provided that your Licence Agreement does not begin within this 7 day period).

After the 7 day cancellation period the following accommodation charges apply:

• Cancellations by 31 July 2014– £50
• From 1 August 2014 the £450 booking fee will be retained in full by the University to cover additional administration expenses incurred in finding a replacement and processing their documentation.

All cancellations must be submitted using the online cancellation form.
