New LBIC students 2015/16 - Booking Fee

You are not required to make a booking fee payment when submitting this application form. The booking fee payment is required only from the September intake students once they have received their Licence Agreement.

To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Licence Agreement online and pay a £350 booking fee.

If you are planning to be away from home over the summer period and will not have access you should arrange for someone responsible to check your email account to safeguard your allocation from being cancelled.

All students can pay online for their accommodation booking fee and accommodation fees.

All other intakes will be asked to make payment of the booking fee only once a room becomes available. Depending on the time of year a room becomes available you may also be asked to pay a proportion of the rent in advance. Accommodation for students joining after term has started will be offered subject to availability.
