The rents for 2015/16 are as follows:

Standard - students share bath/shower room facilities
En suite - students have private bath/shower room facilities
Studio Flats for co-habiting couples - couples have their own kitchen and shower room facilities

Residents will be charged accommodation fees for the period stated in their Licence Agreement. You will receive only one payment schedule from the University Finance Office. Students starting in September should expect to receive their invoice in October. Your first instalment of rent will also be due in October. You may choose to pay your fees in full in advance, or accommodation fees can be paid in three termly instalments by undergraduate students and four termly instalments by postgraduate/research students.
