Studio 2015/16 - Booking fee

Applications are processed after the booking fee of £450 has been received by the University.

Once your Licence Agreement has started, your booking fee will automatically be converted into your accommodation deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your last instalment of rent by the Finance Office. Please contact us if you require clarification of any of the terms and conditions.

If your application is unsuccessful your £450 booking fee will be returned automatically subject to outstanding accommodation related charges.
