Once you have made payment of your booking fee if you then decide to cancel or do not arrive to collect your keys on the agreed date your booking fee is non-refundable and will be retained by the University. If you cancel after 7 days from the start of your Licence Agreement further charges will be made. For full details please refer to the Residence Regulations.

Please be advised written notice is required for all cancellations.Cancellations must be subitted using the online cancellation form located in the Accommodation Services Student Hub as soon as possible.
