Update your mobile number or email address - use the update contact details option in the Accommodaiton Services Hub to to keep your details up to date.
Provide a third party permission - provide details of a parent, guardian or friend who you would liek to deal with your accommodation on your behalf.
Live chat - chat to a member of the Accommodation Services Team we are availble during office hours Monday to Friday.
Make an appointment - have an accommodation related query? Make an appointment to meet with a member of the Accommodation Services Team!
Question and Answer Centre - visit the Accommodation Services Question and Answer Centre for answers to your questiosn 24/7!
Apply for a room - need a single room on campus for next session add your details to the waiting lsit
Maintanence Request - make a request to your Residence Manager to fix a maintance issue in your room/flat
Room Exchange Request - like to move to another room? Add your details to the room exchange waiting lsit
