Dear Student to Depart

We are writing to advise you that your Licence Agreement for campus accommodation is coming to an end at 10am on Sunday 4 September 2016.

Please make sure that you return your keys/vacate your room by 10am on Sunday 4 September 2016 to ensure that you do not incur additional overstay charges. The keys should be returned to your relevant Residence Office, please see the table below.

Keys should not be left in your room, at the Security Office or with a friend to return to the Residences Office. If your Residences Office is closed at the time of returning your keys please post your keys through the Residences Reception letterbox in an envelope collected in advance from the Residences Office. This envelope should be clearly marked with your name, student number and room/flat/hall details.

Please remember that the summer vacation period ends at 10am on 4 September 2016 and summer contracts cannot be booked beyond this date.

Have you lost your room key?

If you have lost your room key, please contact your Residence Manager immediately for advice.

Overstay Charges

Should you fail to vacate your room and return your key by the end of your contract you will be liable for overstay charges.
