Dear Student to Remain

We are writing to advise you that your current Licence Agreement for campus accommodation is coming to an end at 10am on Sunday 4 September 2016.

If you have a 2016/17 session Licence Agreement for the same room starting from Sunday 18 September 2016. Please choose one of the following options:

Option 1

If you have been issued with a Licence Agreement for 2015/16 until 10am 4 September 2016, and have accepted your Licence Agreement and paid your booking fee for 2016/17, then you may choose to remain on campus between the end date of one contract and the start of the other. Charges will apply for extra nights at the nightly rate for 2015/16. A separate invoice will be produced for this charge and will be due for payment in October with your first instalment of rent. The charge for this interim period (from 4 to 17 September 2016) will not be included in your new Licence Agreement for 2016/17.

Please note: If you choose to stay during interim period then whilst we facilitate your stay, the shared areas of the flat (e.g. kitchens and bathrooms) may require cleaning and therefore you may experience some inconvenience and disruption during this time.

Option 2

If you do not want to stay on campus/be charged for the interim week (from 4 to 17 September 2016) then you must remove all your belongings from your room and return your keys by 10am on Sunday 4 September 2016. The keys should be returned to your relevant Residence Office, please see the table below:
