open now, the last date to submit is Tuesday 28 February 2017 Ø Returning
students find out which hall they have been allocated on Thursday 23 March 2017 Unsuccessful
students next steps… Please ensure your email your chosen option no later
than Monday 20 February 2017 Ø Option 1: I would like to secure a
campus standard room
- your current £350 booking fee will be used to secure this booking and
you will be offered a provisional standard allocation immediately. Your
details would not remain on the waiting list for an en suite room but you
are able to add your details to the room
exchange list
should you wish to do so. Choosing this option will also allow you to
subsequently submit a group application form to live with your friends who may
have also taken up this standard option. Ø
Option 2: I would like to remain on the waiting list for
an en suite room Ø Option 3: Please remove me from
the waiting list .
Self Service options on Accommodation Hub Update your mobile number or email address - use the update contact details option in the Accommodation
Services Hub to keep your details up to date. Provide a third party permission - provide details of a parent, guardian or friend who you would
like to deal with your accommodation on your behalf. Apply for a room - need a single room on campus for next session add your details
to the waiting list Maintenance Request - make a request to your Residence Manager to fix a maintenance
issue in your room/flat. Room Exchange Request – request to move rooms by add your
details to the room exchange waiting list. |
TODAY – Wednesday 15 February 1-2pm ‘Find a Home’ event Brunel Managed houses (near to
campus), still available for session 2017/18! Brunel Student Homes still has off-campus houses
available for students for 2017/18. We’re holding our Find a Home event
on Wednesday 15 February between 1-2pm at the Accommodation Services
conservatory located by the River Pinn, near to the Medical Centre. Vacating
your room early? If
you vacate your room after 10am Monday
20 February 2017 for undergraduate, language and PGCert length contracts
and after 10am Monday 3 July 2017
for postgraduate/research length contracts, you will be charged until the end
of your term time Licence Agreement. Looking for
