We hope that you are feeling refreshed and rested after your Christmas break - welcome to the Spring Term.

Applications for September 2017 - available now

The deadline to apply and pay the £350 booking fee for a campus single room for session 2017/18 is Tuesday 31 January 2017.

Advice from the Accommodation Team:

o Have your card details ready - your application will only be accepted if you pay your booking fee at the same time

o Clear any outstanding money - we can't process your application unless your balance is zero

o Make sure your contact details are up to date in the hub- if we can't contact you your application is at risk of not being processed if there is a problem

o Read through the Terms and Conditions

o Apply now so you don’t leave it until the last minute!

I am moving out, will I get a refund of any rent?

Once you hand your keys back to your Residence Office the Accommodation Services will be in contact with you via email with a breakdown of your charges and any amount outstanding. If you are due a refund you will be able to submit a refund request online.

If you vacate before the following dates:

UG, Language and PGCert length contracts: Before 10am 20 February 2017

PG/Research length contracts: Before 10am 3 July 2017

You will charged a £350 (£450 for studio flats) early break of contract charge and for the number of nights the room is held until the keys are returned to the Residence Office

After this date students are charged until the end of their contract. Any payments that you make such as your booking fee or rental payments will be off-set against these charges.
