New LBIC students 2018/19 - Eligibility

Students who are in full-time study who have a LBIC course offer and have been issued with a Brunel student number can submit their application online via the Accommodation Centre Hub. As part of their commitment to your student experience LBIC are able to guarantee new LBIC students a campus room provided you have applied for accommodation, met the conditions of their course offer and paid tuition fee deposit to LBIC by 30 August 2018.

You will be required to accept your LBIC offer, pay the tuition fee payment and send the payment receipt to LBIC or provide proof of CRN application confirmation.

The LBIC Team will let us know once they approve for us to process your room application.

Your Licence Agreement will be issued to you by email and you will be required to pay a booking fee amount is £350 to the Brunel University London Accommodation Centre. You will be required to accept your Licence Agreement and pay the booking fee by the stated deadline on your room offer in order to secure your room.

Offers of accommodation formal or otherwise are provisional and subject to the clearance of all money owing to the University up to and including the end of the Summer Vacation.

Please note: Students who apply or hold a LBIC course offer post 30 August 2018 will be required to hold an unconditional firm offer on the Brunel system before your application can be processed which may result in you having to wait until later for a campus room.
