PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE DURING TERM TIME
Accommodation Centre will be in contact with you once you have provided your confirmed arrival date and confirmation that you have a Visa.

Students arriving during term time will be offered campus rooms subject to availability. If a room becomes available for you Accommodation Centre will be in contact with you on the telephone number/ email you have provided on your application. To secure a room you would be asked to pay a £350 booking fee and a proportion of the rent in advance depending on what time of year you are offered a room.

PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE DURING THE SUMMER VACATION
Provided you pay your accommdoation fees, your course deposit and return your Pre-sessional Application Form to the Brunel Language Centre, you should expect to receive an email from Accommodation Centre a minimum of one week before your arrival which will provide you with the following information:

• Confirmation of your room and which Hall you have been allocated
• A copy of your Licence Agreement/room contract and Residences Regulations for you to print, sign and return to Accommodation Centre
• Details of how and where to collect your keys for your room
• Map of the campus
