Waiting List Single Room 2021/22 - Deposit

You are not required to make a deposit payment when submitting this application form. The deposit payment is required once you have received your Licence Agreement.

To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Licence Agreement online and pay a £350 deposit (single room or,£450 deposit (studio flat for co-habiting couples).

If you are planning to be away from home over the summer period and will not have access you should arrange for someone responsible to check your email account to safeguard your allocation from being cancelled.

Exchange students joining the University during term time will be offered accommodation subject to availability.
