Freshers 2022/23 - Deposit

You are not required to make a deposit payment when submitting this application form. The deposit is required once you have received your Licence Agreement.

To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Licence Agreement online and pay a £350 deposit for a single room or £450 deposit for a studio flat for co-habiting couples.

If you are planning to be away from home over the summer period and will not have access you should arrange for someone responsible to check your email account to safeguard your allocation from being cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: That although we will do our best to allocate your accommodation preferrence we cannot guarantee a room as it is subject to demand. However, you will be offered an alternative. Full details of your accommodation will be sent to you with your Licence Agreement from July to September. Students joining the University during term time will be offered accommodation subject to availability.
