PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE FOR START OF SESSION

If you have provided the Allocations Team with an email address you will receive an email with details of how to accept your allocation online. You will need to check your messages on a regular basis. To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Licence Agreement online and pay a £350 deposit (single room), or £450 deposit (studio/flats). If you are planning to be away from home during the summer period and will not have access you should arrange for someone responsible to check your email account to safeguard your allocation from being cancelled. Please ensure that you check both your inbox and junk mail folder regularly during the allocation period from July to September. The Accommodation will be offered once you have an Unconditional firm offer accepted on the system.

PRE-SESSIONAL COURSE DURING THE SUMMER VACATION
Provided you pay your accommodation deposit (full summer rent in advance), your course deposit and return your Pre-sessional Application Form to the Brunel Language Centre, you should expect to receive an email from Accommodation Centre a minimum of one week before your arrival which will provide you with the following information:

• Confirmation of your room and which Hall you have been allocated
• A copy of your Licence Agreement/room contract and Residences Regulations for you to print, sign and return to Accommodation Centre
• Details of how and where to collect your keys for your room
• Map of the campus
