Studio 2024/25 - Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for a studio flat you are required to be an enrolled full-time, full-fee paying student for the entire session. The Allocation Team may request evidence from the Student Centre. Single applicants are also welcome to apply, however priorty is given to co-habiting couples in the first instance.

Couples, irrespective of their sexual orientation, may apply for this accommodation.

There is no family accommodation available. Students with children/dependants cannot live in the studio flats with their children/dependants.

Priority is given to students who are in a co-habiting couple and are offered on a first come first served basis. Once the studio flats are fully booked students will be able to add their details to the waiting list. A proportion of the studio flats will be reserved for first year students joining in September 2024

Offers of accommodation formal or otherwise are provisional and subject to the clearance of all money owing to the University up to and including the end of the Summer Vacation. Studio flat offers will begin to be made to successful applicants from Tuesday 23 April 2024 onwards and until the flats are fully booked.

Please note these flats are for adult couples occupation only - no children/dependants are permitted to stay on campus overnight.

Partner Confirmation - must be submitted by the deadline date
Your partner will be required to confirm to the Allocations Team that they are aware that their details have been placed on the Studio Flat application. Your partner can confirm this by email to the Allocations Team. If you have previously stayed in a campus studio flat with us and your partner's details have remained the same your partner is not required to resubmit their partner confirmation.
