Freshers 2025/26 - Advance Payment

You are not required to make an advance payment when submitting this application form. The advance payment is required once you have received your room offer.

To secure your room offer you will be asked to accept the Licence Agreement online and pay a £350 advance payment for a single room or £450 advance payment for a studio flat for co-habiting couples.

PLEASE NOTE: That although we will do our best to allocate your accommodation preferrence we cannot guarantee a room as it is subject to demand. However, you will be offered an alternative. Full details of your accommodation will be sent to you with your Licence Agreement from July to September. Students joining the University during term time will be offered accommodation subject to availability.
