YOUR LICENCE AGREEMENT
You can accept your Licence Agreement on the following website: https://accom.brunel.ac.uk/apply/
You have been allocated an en suite room in the Isambard Complex from XX MONTH 2015 until 10am on WEEKDAY XX SEPTEMBER 2015.
Please refer to our website for the Residences Rules and Regulations, which you will be agreeing to by accepting this contract.
YOUR ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Once you have accepted your Licence Agreement online your keys will be available for collection from XXpm on XX MONTH between 9am to 5pm from the Isambard Resdeince Office Bishop Hall Residence Office Concourse Hall reception, Isambard Complex. After 5pm or over the weekend you will be available to collect your keys from our 24 hour Security Office located by the Wilfred Brown Building, please click here for a map of the Brunel campus.
Please ensure you have accepted your Licence Agreement prior to your arrival.
If your arrival date or time changes please let us know by completing the late arrival form online.
To be able to collect your keys within office hours you will need to bring:
- A form of photographic identity (i.e. your passport)
- One passport size photograph for both you and your partner
To be able to collect your keys out of office hours you will need to bring:
- A form of photographic identity (i.e. your passport)
- A copy of your Licence Agreement (a copy of this can be found attached to your acceptance email)
- One passport sized photo to be given to your Residence Manager during office hours the next working day.
