Please find below the details of your room offer, relevant deadlines and the payment amounts required to be made to secure this booking. We understand that this may be a short deadline to make payment - should you have any difficulties making the payment or require further advice please do not hesitate to contact us as we would be more than happy to talk you through the process. If we do not hear from you by the deadline date given we unfortunately would not be able to hold this offer for you. However, please do still contact us if you require a room in the future and we will be able to discuss current availability with you.

HOW TO SECURE THIS OFFER
STEP 1: Make the payments by deadline date (see 'Your Room Summary' on the right hand side of this email)
STEP 2: Send receipt to accom-uxb@brunel.ac.uk by the deadline date (see 'Your Room Summary' on the right hand side of this email)
PAYMENT METHODS
- Payment can be made online
- To the Cash Office on the following number: 01895 265264
- Paid by Bank Transfer. If you choose to make payment by Bank Transfer please ensure you quote your Brunel student number as a reference when making the payment and send the Bank Transfer receipt to accom-uxb@brunel.ac.uk by the deadline date.
PAYMENT RECEIPT(S)
Once you have paid please can you send us a copy of the payment receipt by the above deadline, to ensure your room offer is secured.
LICENCE AGREEMENT INFORMATION
The room is ready for occupancy from 3pm Weekday xx Month 2015, if you would like to secure the room please be advised you will be charged for the room from this date regardless of whether you move in on this date or not. The Licence Agreement will be from Weekday xx Month 2015 to 10am on Weekday xx Month 2015, further details regarding the Residence Rules and Regulations can be found online.
CANCELLATION
If you make the payment(s) and then subsequently cancel the room or do not arrive due to visa issues etc by the Licence Agreement start date your deposit would not be refunded and would be retained by the University. If you do not wish to take up this offer please let us know as soon as possible.
