For new students arriving to Brunel, please ensure that you arrange temporary accommodation for your arrival. For international students please ensure you provide us with your UK contact details once you have arrived.

Off campus accommodation

It is advisable to talk to Brunel Student Homes, if you have not secured accommodation. Brunel Student Homes is run by the University and has a variety of local off-campus options, including properties that are managed by the University via a Head Lease Scheme. Many of these are located within walking distance of the University and will suit a variety of student budgets.

Room offer process

Should a suitable room become available, you will be contacted by the Accommodation Services Office and issued with a room offer. The room offer provides a detailed account of the contract length in addition to the booking fee required. Typically students will be asked to pay a £350 booking fee. Students are advised to have the funds ready to secure a room, as short payment deadlines are set due to the quick turn around of rooms.

Cancellations

If you no longer require campus accommodation, please submit an online cancellation request by logging into the Accommodation Services Student Hub and selecting 'Request Forms'.
