Your arrival day is now fast approaching and we wanted to make sure that you have all the information you need for a quick and smooth check-in to your Halls of Residence.

What do I need to bring when I collect my keys?

Your Residences Manager will ask to see all of the documentation listed below before issuing your keys:

• Proof of identity (photo ID) i.e. a passport or valid driver’s licence;
• A copy of your Licence Agreement (you can find this online);
• A copy of your Key Release Form;
• One recent passport-sized photograph of yourself.

Please note: if you are collecting keys for a studio flat your partner will be required to be present at the same time to sign for and collect the additional keys, please see section 15.6 in the Residences Rules and Regulations for further information.

Where do I collect my keys?

The Residence Office for the appropriate Hall of Residence will be open for key collection on:

Sunday 13 September 2015 from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

What if I cannot get to Brunel at the specified time?

If you know you are arriving after 7pm on Sunday and haven’t already advised your Residence Manager please call your Residence Office on the above numbers to make arrangements for keys collection.

If you are arriving after Sunday 13 September you will need to complete a Late Arrival Form.

How do I cancel my room booking?

If you would like to cancel your room please complete a Cancellation Request Form before 13 September 2015.

your e-Induction online before your arrival on Sunday.
