If you are not planning to arrive on your accommodation contract start date on 13 September please ensure that you have completed a Late Arrival Request form online by logging into your account, selecting 'Request Forms' and then submitting the late arrival form. Your request must be submitted before 13 September 2015 to ensure that your room is secured for your late arrival. It is important that you complete this form if you are planning to arrive late otherwise your room will be at risk of being cancelled.

If you are planning to arrive more than 7 days after the start of your contract you will be required to pay a proportion of your rent while submitting the form. Without this payment your room cannot be secured for you and would be offered to a waiting student.
