We would like to take this opportunity to say good bye and farewell to some of our undergraduate residents as their main course contracts come to an end. We wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing you back in the future. As we are coming to the end the term you may have some new questions for the Accommodation Services Team. My contract ends in June when do I need to move out? |
You will be required to vacate your room at the end of your contract by 10am on the last day of the Licence period stated on your Licence Agreement. For undergraduate students this will be 10am Sunday 5 June 2016. Please remove all your belongings and leave it in a clean and tidy order before returning your keys to the Residence Office. Please remember to return your keys to your Residences Manager before you leave your room for the summer to ensure that you do not receive any unnecessary overstay or replacement lock charges. |

Postgraduate students
Final instalment of rent is due by 31 May 2016 for students with contracts until 10am Sunday 4 September 2016. To find out more information on how you can pay for your accommodation fees, please click here.
Don't forget to deduct your booking fee from the amount shown on your Licence Agreement or invoice. If you are unsure how much your final instalment is please contact us via our chat service.
