There is no Council Tax liability for full time students living on campus. Council Tax Exception certificates are available via the University's e-vision website once you have enrolled at the University and are available for students who are living off campus during their studies.
Some items are not insured through the insurance policy included in your rent (e.g mobile phones, laptops, gadgets, sports equipment) so you may wish to consider taking our additional cover to protect your essential gadgets and other possessions.
